Salt Lake City –Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI), which funded over $5.4 billion in home loans in 2017, is pleased to announce the promotion of four of its executives as a result of their exemplary leadership: Tom George as Executive Vice President and Chief Production Officer, Ruth Green as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, A.J. Swope as executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing and Mathew Whitebrook as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets.

St. George– JensenBayles, LLP is pleased to announce that B. Cory Lee joined the firm and will be working with the litigation team. Mr. Lee has an extensive background in Tax. He graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law with a Juris Doctor (JD) in the top 25% of his class. At the University of Missouri, he earned a Tax Law Certificate, with honors, focusing on tax planning.  During his second summer of law school, Mr. Lee did an externship with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.  Additionally, he was awarded Top 10 in pro bono hours for the 2013-2014 academic year and led the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at the law school in 2015. The following year he graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM).

Salt Lake City–   Parr Brown trial attorney Austin J. Riter is among the 34 newly elected members of the American Law Institute (ALI).  ALI, based in Philadelphia, “is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law,” according to its website.  The members of the Institute influence the development of the drafting and publishing of restatements of the law, model codes, and principles of law that contribute to legal scholarship and education. The diverse group of new ALI members, comprised of legal practitioners, judges, and academics from all over the country and the world, were confidentially nominated by their peers, vetted by the ALI Membership Committee, and elected by the ALI Council on July 19, 2018.

Salt Lake City– Colliers International today named Blake Rigby as Managing Director of Utah. In his new role, Mr. Rigby will be responsible for leading and managing the Colliers team in Salt Lake City as they advise investors, corporate users and landlords across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Rigby will partner with a strong leadership team in Utah, including Chairman Brandon Fugal, CEO Lew Cramer, and COO Adam Long.
